Welcome ~

KAPAAO was created as a place for adult children of parental alienation abuse to come together, to connect, help each other, and also aid others in how to be able to assist children going through Parental Alienation (PA) and Hostile Aggressive Parenting (HAP) now and in the future.

As Grown Children of Parental Alienation, our Mandate is to:
 * Realize * Recover * Renounce * Reach

Each with our personal story of childhood alienation; adult survivors realize that our experience has been defined. It is with relief we read the concrete definition of parental alienation, enabling us to immediately identify. We believe that recovery from this agonizing childhood trauma is possible. Together we renounce parental alienation, by reaching into the community to educate, encourage, and help others. May the stories of our suffering, be the voice that ensures protection for the next generation of Children.

We are now on Facebook

"Hatred is not an emotion that comes naturally to a child. It has to be taught. A parent who would teach a child to hate the other parent represents a grave and persistent danger to the mental and emotional health of that child."
~ The Honourable Justice John Gomery of Canada.

Each Bubble represents Love, how Love takes us all higher and like Bubbles, Love cannot and should be contained.
A big thank you to everyone who participated. 2013 will be even better!
Love can build a bridge so let your love flow!

"All my life I had been looking for something, and everywhere I turned someone tried to tell me what it was. I accepted their answers too, though they were often in contradiction and even self-contradictory. I was naive. I was looking for myself and asking everyone except myself questions  which I, and only I, could answer.
It took me a long time and much painful boomeranging of my expectations to achieve a realization everyone else appears to have been born with:

-that I am nobody but myself."
~Ralph Ellison
